PAYMENT
Full payment is due at time of booking.
Contract must be signed and returned before reservation is considered final.
Tax rate of 9.25% + 8% occupancy will be added.
Security/Damage Deposit of $500 will be held and refunded upon inspection after checkout/event.
CANCELLATIONS
30 days for full refund. Cancellations made after you are charged full rental price.
In cases of extenuating circumstances, we will do everything we can to work with you.
All cancellations must be made in writing via email.
RESTRICTIONS
- No pets
- No smoking or vaping allowed on premise.
- Must be at least 25 years old to rent.
- Maximum overnight occupancy is 8 people.
PARKING & ENTRY
Parking is available in the State Street garage. (500 State Street, Knoxville, TN 37902). There is a private entrance with stairs to the suite from Clinch Avenue.
