RATES
Note: Rates may vary slightly based on time of year.
Overnight: $650.00 per night (Multi (3+) night discount!)
Special Event/Holiday/UT Football: $750 – $1,500 per night (2 Night Minimum)
Party/Meetings (Daytime and Evening rentals): $375 – $500 per weekday (weekend meeting/party rentals require overnight rental)
Catering available through Clancy’s Tavern!

PAYMENT
Full payment is due at time of booking.
Contract must be signed and returned before reservation is considered final.
Tax rate of 9.25% + 3% Occupancy will be added.
Security/Damage Deposit of $500 will be held and refunded upon inspection after checkout/event.
CANCELLATIONS
30 days for full refund. Cancellations made after you are charged full rental price.
In cases of extenuating circumstances, we will do everything we can to work with you.
All cancellations must be made in writing via email.
RESTRICTIONS
- No pets
- No smoking or vaping allowed on premise.
- Must be at least 25 years old to rent.
- Maximum overnight occupancy is 8 people.
CATERING
Traditional Irish fare with a multitude of options beyond that available through Clancy’s Tavern & Whiskey House (located directly below the suite)! Available for pickup or delivery to your doorstep.
Ask about having your favorite beverages waiting for you or the kegerator stocked with several types of beer!
